Sometimes we get baby bok choy, sometimes we get full-grown bok choy. Exact variety depends on the season.

We strive for certified organic as much as possible but quality and value are our focus. Recently, we've been getting them from Stonefield Farm, a non-profit farm run by the Boston Area Gleaners to help support their mission. They are certified IPM. Lisa has toured the property in the past and can verify that the farming practices are in line with our values.
