Ingredients: Quick Oats, Whole Grain Oats, Maple Syrup, Dates, Walnuts, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Canola Oil, Salt

Allergens: Tree Nuts, Peanuts

No preservatives or artificial ingredients

Microwave Directions:

1. Remove film cover
2. Add approximately 1/2 cup of cold water and stir
3. Microwave on High for 1 minute
4. Stir well and let rest for 1 minute

Steeping Directions:

1. Peel back film cover halfway
2. Add approximately 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir
3. Cover for 2 minutes and stir
