Freezer Strawberry Jam

Gently mix :

  • 3 Cups crushed berries
  • 6 cups sugar

Let stand 10 minutes

Boil for 1 min:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 box Sure-Jell (pectin)

Stir well

Add to sugar & berries

When mixed, pour in jar with lids

Let stand 24 hours before freezing

Freeze in regular-mouth half pint or wide-mouth pints (i.e. no curves). Alternatively, you can use plastic containers.
