We have been on the hunt for chocolate options and were so excited to meet David at the Boston Local Food Show. The chocolate we sampled was some of the best we've had... possibly ever!

Loon Chocolate is a bean-to-bar operation. David hand sorts the raw cacao beans (sourced ethically from small farmers), roasts them, shells them, and then grinds them within 72 hours. The ground cacao is then combined with organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter. This product is fair trade, gluten-free, soy-free, vegan, and more importantly--DELICIOUS, which are all of the things we care about when eating chocolate.
