Oat Milk Latte Cold Brew Coffee

Rise Brewing Co is a CT-based business that started with a simple goal: less sugar in coffee drinks.

If they existed when Lisa was in college, she probably would’ve have gained a Freshman 40 (Frappuccino drink + 2 Double Shot Espressos were midterms and finals week essentials–ha!)

We’ve been on the fence about whether or not to bring them in because while CT is local, they have national recognition (Lisa’s Austin-based BFF is the one who introduced her to Rise, after all). But it’s delicious and low sugar so it’s what will be in our beverage cooler for the time being.

Ingredients: Water, organic oats, organic coffee, organic sunflower oil, sea salt, potassium carbonate (to preserve freshness).
