Pasta e Fagioli Soup
wow Wow WOW! This is actually the best Pasta e Fagioli we've ever tasted and it's brought to you by our recently discovered fellow musical lover: Little Shop of Soups in Providence, RI
Little Shop of Soups is a cozy little lunch spot in The Arcade. Giulio wandered into our cozy little shop recently and bonded with Lisa over our mutual love for Little Shop of Horrors and quality food made with clean ingredients. Starting Wednesday, April 24th, we will be stocking our fridge and freezer with meals and soups carefully crafted by Chef Giulio. Follow along as we grow the collaboration.
Ingredients:
Cannellini Beans, Celery, Carrots, Onions, Elbow Pasta (wheat flour, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid), Tomatoes, Garlic, Olive Oil, White Vinegar, Sea Salt, White Pepper

Additional notes from our soup tasting team:
- This soup is naturally thick. Even after adding some water, it was still thick and hearty. If you prefer a thinner broth, add more water when reheating.
- For best results, please reheat via stovetop on medium-low, stirring frequently
- This is naturally flavorful and does not require additional salt or pepper
- It comfortably fed two adults (we each had a slice of sourdough with it) as an entree with no additional sides
