“Maple Pumpkin Seeds – a healthy snack high in zinc and magnesium. Finger Lakes-grown and roasted in our production kitchen, pumpkin seeds are drizzled with maple syrup for a slightly sweet, crispy crunch. Seeds are packed with nutrients like Vitamin E, zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium, omega 3 and omega 9 fats, lutein and beta carotene. These are the same seeds we roast and press to create our pumpkin seed oil.

The vast majority of pumpkin seeds are grown in China, Stony Brook is one of the very few producers in the US using domestically grown seeds.
