One of the earliest known domesticated grains, Spelt is a species of wheat that has been cultivated for thousands of years. It is an “Ancient Grain” meaning its growing process has never been altered. Our stone-milled Organic Spelt flour is a high-protein, high-extraction, sifted flour with a soft texture. Slightly nutty flavor and golden color when baked. High in fiber. Contains gluten.
