Dark chocolate almond tiramisu – dark chocolate shells filled with chocolate almond buttercream and almond tiramisu cream, dipped in chocolate and decorated with sliced almonds in a heart shape
Creme Brulee – sugar-torched vanilla shells filled with vanilla bean pastry cream and vanilla bean buttercream
