Boar by definition is uncastrated male pig. We like to joke that these boar are more spoiled because they eat way better than the average wild boar.
Pigs born and raised at Martinelli’s Farm in North Scituate, RI. Processed in a USDA facility and co-packed at New England Charcuterie (Boston, MA). Doesn’t get more local than this!
