Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- Dried fruit (optional) – Measure with your heart
- Hazelnuts (feel free to sub!) – Measure with your heart
- 1/4 cup Baking Cocoa
- 2 tsp Caribe and Co. Chocolate Rum Syrup
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil (Sunflower oil can be subbed)
- Chia seeds or flax seeds – Measure with your heart
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Melt the coconut oil and mix with maple syrup and chocolate rum syrup
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients and slowly incorporate the syrup mixture until it reaches your desired stickiness. Add extra maple syrup if you’re looking to turn them into bars.
- Spread evenly into a lined baking pan or cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes (until crunchy and delicious)
