“Our Aged Gouda is handcrafted using only the milk from our family dairy herd of happy cows. We age this Gouda for at least one year in our cave, turning it weekly with attention to detail. This cheese is similar to Parmesan in flavor, and can be grated over pasta or paired with a buttery cracker. A delightful cheese! Our cheeses are handcrafted with the raw milk from our family dairy farm. We lab-test every single batch of cheese for safety before we sell it.”
