By selecting "Certified Organic," we are guaranteeing that you will receive certified organic produce and will not make any unauthorized substitutions. If you select "No preference," your produce may or may not be certified organic (we always try to source organic first but sometimes organic has a significantly higher cost or limited availability, in which case we are likely to source from Ward's Berry Farm or another local farm)

Please note that in the event the greens are unavailable, you will be substituted with $5 worth of loose carrots.
