Rutabaga

Macomber Rutabaga, otherwise known as “yellow turnips” in some parts of Massachusetts, is an interesting root vegetable. When eaten raw, it’s a little more similar to a turnip with the slightly bitter yet similar to a carrot taste. Cooked, it transforms to taste more like a potato.
