Nutty & sweet. So good that you’ll want to eat a lot of them but you shouldn’t. They’re full of inulin, which is good in small doses but can cause tummy issues when consumed in excess.

Raw: crispy and crunchy

Cooked: creamy and soft

Absolutely delicious roasted.
